FREE FREIGHT PROMOTIONS
From time to time we may have free freight promotions. During this period the method of freight used is Parcel Post Plus satchels. The total cost of any other method of freight requested such as Express post or a courier service will be at the purchaser's expense.

Any returns to us for a refund, exchange or credit will be at the purchaser's expense unless the goods are deemed by us to have been originally faulty. This does not include irregular fitting, wrong size chosen, wrong colour chosen or a change of mind - please refer to refunds and returns policy. If items are returned for a refund the original freight cost, that has been paid by us due to the free freight promotion, will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. 

It is strongly recommended that goods be returned to us via Parcel Post Plus or similar(which can be tracked on the internet). We will not be responsible for any returning goods that have not been delivered back to us.

Any subsequent freight resulting in returning other goods to the customer will be at the purchaser's expense.

GENERAL FREIGHT
Orders are sent by Parcel Post Plus via Australia Post, at a standard rate of $15 Australia-wide.

Large orders, parcels exceeding 5 kg in weight, or orders which need to be sent by courier will incur additional charges.

If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Parcels may be tracked through Australia Post's tracking service.

Please allow between 2 and 6 business days for delivery.

Information relating to delivery time-frames to your specific location can be obtained by referring to Australia Post's Parcel Delivery Standards.

Please ensure you provide us with a daytime delivery address, at home or work, where you will be available to receive your parcel. 

We cannot take any responsibility for parcels once they that have been lodged with Australia Post and have been allocated a tracking number.
