Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us and we cannot find a suitable replacement in exchange, we will refund the price paid at the time of purchase. However, we are unable to refund the cost of freight either way.

We ask that the item/s be returned in original condition with all the labels and packaging intact. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before removing any labels.

The garments should not have been worn except to try on. We will accept returns up to 30 days following the original despatch date.

Goods should be returned by Australia Post and we recommend that your article is registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that don't reach us.

The cost of return postage back to us is the customer's responsibility, as is the cost of any further replacement freight.

PLEASE NOTE FOR HYGIENE REASONS:

  • We will not accept returns of socks or underwear, unless the purchased garment is found to be faulty. Please contact us to discuss further before returning and we will gladly exchange.
  • Swimwear, including boardshorts and rash vests, must be tried on over underwear, in case you need to return any item(s) for exchange or refund.
